Coaching Policy

What is your refund policy for Coaching?

  • Registration for coaching is not refundable, however, under certain conditions, may be transferable. You will have access to all session recordings. If sessions are cancelled due to an emergency or unforeseen issue, you will be eligible to re-scheduled your remain sessions.

What happens if I miss a session?

  • You are responsible for connecting to your coach for each scheduled business coaching session. If you cannot attend your scheduled session, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to cancel. If you meet the 24 cancellation policy, you may re-schedule your session. If you miss your session without notification, you will lose that session and no refund will be awarded for that session, but you may continue with other paid scheduled sessions.

Can I register for coaching multiple times?

  • Coaching is a highly interactive LIVE coaching platform that will change your whole life and business for the better. The kind of encouragement, inspiration, motivation, and empowerment that you'll experience can keep you coming back for more. You can register for as many business coaching sessions as you want ..as long as you see the value and experience the results you want to see in your life, we'll be right there for you (keep in mind that packages will give you the most savings).

Return and Refund Policy

What's Your Store Return Policy?

  • We respectfully enforce our 30 day return policy on physical products. After 30 days of purchase on physical products, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This return policy does not pertain to or include services including(but not limited to) Coaching, Business Coaching, and Events.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be a product, not a service and the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please carefully review the items that will not be eligible for a refund or be accepted as a return.

Non-returnable items:

  • Coaching, Courses, Events, Gift Cards and Downloadable software products, E-books, E-workbooks, or any other downloadable materials.

What's Your Refund Policy?

  • We respectfully enforce our refund policy, and we'll be happy to refund any eligible item that is returned within 3o days from purchase date on your receipt. Items eligible for a refund are listed under the Return Policy section. Here's a list of non-refundable purchases:

Where shall I send an eligible item for a return and When will I receive my refund?

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: Alegna & Company, Inc., 3070 Windward Plaza, Suite F #120, Alpharetta, GA 30005
  • Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within a 3-5 business days.
